Groundbreaking Announcement!

We're pleased to announce the start of construction  of a new model "the Frontenac" on one of our 80x 190 foot lots.

Located in the Murray school district, it's close to downtown and the air force base ....  and of course has city water and sewer.

Here is a picture of the first house in the subdivision (lot 1) located on the corner of Fairlawn Road and Telephone Road on the northwest edge of Trenton. On upcoming posts we'll take you inside and show you some pictures of the construction process beginning with the excavation on June 6th, 2011.

With about 150 people from 25 different suppliers on site at some point during construction we hesitate to single any out. However we would like to mention Home Hardware (Trenton) and Cooney Excavating Limited as being among our favourites for consistently excellent service.
